Colorado

We headed off to Colorado for a week. It is so beautiful, there was still snow on the mountains. It was really nice to get out of the heat. We stayed in Keystone right in the river. We ventured over to Brekenridge a few times.

We did a long trail ride through the Rocky Mountains. Addie LOVED it. She is now an official cowgirl.

We spent some time at the kids camp in Keystone. Addie got to search for gold and bungee on a trampoline.

On our last day we went to the Denver Museum of Natural History and Science. They has a huge dinosaur exhibit. This was so cool for Addie. She was teaching the other kids about dinosaurs and the ice age. It was too cute.

July 4th

4th of July was a great time. We had the Walsh family over. We BBQ'd and swam- then watched fireworks. The girls had a great time.

California 2011

We headed back to California this summer. Dave had a race and we hit up Disneyland for 5 days and went to the beach.

It's been a while...

since I updated the blog. We have been super busy over the past month.

We closed on our new house, moved and unpacked. We love our new house. It is everything we were looking for and more. We now live in town! Addie's new school is only 4 minutes away. No more driving an hour to get anywhere.

Addie finished up her school year. She now has 3 months off. We also finished up our softball season.

We did a mini-vacation and went up north to Flagstaff. Dave had 2 races, we went to the Grand Canyon and Sedona.

This summer we will swim everyday because Addie is training to be a mermaid. We also have some fun trips planned.

I will try to keep the blog more up to date and post some more pics. I hope everyone has a great summer!
