The Twins Visit

Our twin nieces, Trinity and Alexis, came to visit a few weeks ago with my brother and parents. They are so adorable and so much fun. Addie had a blast playing with them. She talks about them all the time now. We can't wait to see them again!

Racing an Hiking

Well Dave and I have been busy. Dave has been racing on the weekends while I continue to do more and more hiking. I've started doing a Wednesday night "moms only" hike and I LOVE it. It is 3.2 mile round trip and a great climb. I still do a lot of hiking with Addie and she still loves going to the desert to see the cactus. I really don't want it to get hot!! I really hate the gym!

We only got a few pics. of the wedding because Dave was chasing Addie around and I was involved with the wedding. The wedding photographer took a ton of pics. So as soon as I get those I will post them.

This wedding was a blast. All of us bridesmaids had so much fun. Holly looked so beautiful. I am so happy for them!

Wildlife World Zoo

We went to the zoo on the west side of town last week. Our awesome friends drove all the way from the QC to meet us. It took them about 1.5hours to get there. We had a blast! We got to feed giraffes, sting rays and goats. We road a train and a log ride. We were there all day. The kids were wiped out!

A day at the pool

Dave had his annual field leadership meeting at the Wigwam Resort and Addie and I stayed the week with him. We went to the Wildlife World Zoo with our friends and hung out at the pool. We had a lot of fun. It was so nice and relaxing.

Crafting

My super talented crafting friend, Amanda, helped me make this for Holly's bridal shower. Just this one project took over 5 hours, but it was a lot of fun. We crafted a shadow box with the wedding invitation and a picture of her and her soon-to-be husband, Ryan. The theme of the wedding is Paris and the Eiffel Tower. They were engaged there. It turned out amazing and Holly LOVED it.

I am loving all this crafting. For Valentines day I made Dave a book to take with him when he travels. I'll post pics of that later.

Bridal Shower

Holly's bridal shower was 2 weekends ago. My friend April made the cupcakes. They were so yummy. It was a lot of fun. Only 3 weeks until the wedding!!
